Higher Learning Institutions is “Michigan’s first cannabis vocational and technical school.” Their Mission is to educate the unemployed and underemployed individuals within the cities that we serve, providing job specific training that will elevate lower income individuals and provide the opportunity to find gainful employment in the cannabis industry.

Higher Learning Institutions was founded by Sammie Rogers, a visionary who seeks to ensure marginalized populations benefit from the high paying jobs in the cannabis industry, Higher Learning Institutions will elevate the lives of our students by providing training opportunities to low income individuals who would otherwise have no access to these positions.
